Dearest God,
I prostrate myself before you in spirit,
And I place my soul
Before Jesus Christ crucified.
O most wondrous and gracious God,
By the power of the Holy Spirit,
I humbly ask you to rekindle in my heart
The fire of today’s meditation,
And so I renew my resolution to _____,
For the glory of God the Father.
