We are imprisoned by
multitudinous false gods:
mesmerized by materialism,
hypnotized by hedonism;
God is trying to get our attention,
but what will awaken us from
our slothful spiritual slumber?
the dread of a worldwide depression?
the horror of a nuclear holocaust?
the fear of a global pandemic?
death?
